Beneficial Services Technician

The Job:

To deliver superior services such as Aeration, lawn Renovations and assist with tree/shrub work as well as other duties for our amazing clients.

Position is an excellent start into a lawn care career. The right individual could see advancement to become a Turf / Horticultural Technician

Qualifications: You must be at least 25 yrs of age with good drivers Abstract and G licence. Prior experience not essential however applicants with experience will be given an interview.

Starting pay $17 per hr with $2 per hour end of season/ retention bonus*. 10% commission on new sales

To Start April, Full Time Seasonal.

Outside Salesperson

The Job:

Hunt down and acquire new sales in all services we sell.
Qualifications: At least 25 yrs old, prior sales experience, preference will be given to those with industry experience. Must have own vehicle.
Starting pay: Base of $300 per week* plus 15% var. commission on sales Plus $0.38 per Km for vehicle

Sales and Activity reports due bi weekly.

*Base will only be paid when sales reports and paperwork are delivered to office of the president weekly

To Start April, Full Time Seasonal

Turf / Horticultural Technician

The Job:

To Deliver superior Horticultural services in the lawn and tree care areas to our amazing clientelle.

Qualifications : Be at a graduate of a recognized related discipline and with good drivers Abstract and G licence. Prior experience not essential however applicants with experience will be given an interview for sure.

Starting pay $19 per hr (or more depending) with $2 per hour end of season/ retention bonus*. 10% commission on new sales

To Start April, Full Time Seasonal

* Our end of season / retention bonus is paid out based on a system from years of company experience with staff.

Strict adherence to company policies and our agreement which is signed by each employee is the basis for the bonus.

Failure to adhere to the terms an employee starts under results in a declining bonus or no bonus.

25% is a retention bonus therefore, if an employee fails to return he/she forfeits that portion.
